Option 1 – Secure Upload (Recommended)

- No delay to start your return – Because we receive your documents electronically, we will start your return immediately.
- Safe and Secure Upload – Highest available FTP 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Immediate review – We receive your documents immediately. We will review your documents and let you know within 24 – 48 hours whether we have all we need to successfully complete your returns.
- No Upload Limits – With secure upload, you can upload any file type, any size and any quantity.
Option 2 – Secure Email
Our secure email has the following advantages:
- Ease of use – You can quickly and easily send us copies of your documents. We accept all file types (pdf, jpg, docx, etc). Send us your files quickly and easily using a scanner or take a photo using your mobile phone.
- No delay to start your return – Because we receive your documents electronically, we will start your return immediately.

- Immediate review – We receive your documents immediately. We will review your documents and let you know within 24 – 48 hours whether we have all we need to successfully complete your returns.
- Email Attachment Has Limits – As with most email attachments, there are size limits. Maximum attachment size limit is 25 MB.
Option 3 – Other Options
Depending on the size (volume/amount) of the documents you have to upload or email, or just your comfort level with the above two options, conventional options are still available, as follows:
- Regular Certified Mail – Send us you documents by certified mail with tracking and signature to address
- Pick-up – Within reasonable distance, we will arrange to pickup your documents
- Fax – You may also fax your documents
